A 3-member delegation led by Deputy Directlor-General Mr Xu Chaoqian from the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) took part in the 10th Singapore-China Joint Committee on Science and Technology Co-operation (JCSTC) Meeting in Fusionopolis. The meeting was co-chaired by A*STAR Deputy Managing Director Mr Teoh Yong Sea and attended by representatives from SERC and JCO. Since the last JCSTC Meeting in Beijing in September 2008, two more joint requests for proposals were successfully launched. Currently, we have about 15 ongoing projects amounting some S$4 million in the pipeline under the JCSTC framework. While here, the Chinese delegation also visited IBN, FusionWorld, the Skygarden and was hosted to lunch by DMD Teoh.
