• Plan allocation of resources and KPIs to achieve desired outcomes

Cluster Development 

• Manage multidisciplinary research programmes and initiatives to build deep and diverse suite of domain capabilities
• Drive growth of key industry clusters and seed new growth sectors through translation of research outcomes to industry

Industry Development

• Develop engagement platforms to attract and deepen industry R&D investments through collaborations with SERC RIs
• Lead efforts to enhance technological competency and upgrade capabilities of local industry

Committed Programmes

• Oversee and manage SERC research programmes
• Review research programmes and initiatives to deliver on SERC outcomes

Shared Infrastructure & Integration

• Oversee development of Fusionopolis Phase 2A
• Establish and implement framework for shared infrastructure management

Graduate Affairs

• Develop and nurture talent pipeline for SERC RIs
• Oversee scholar deployment at SERC RIs
