His Excellency Alain Berset, Swiss Minister for Home Affairs made his introductory visit to A*STAR on the morning of 19 March 2012, and was accompanied by His Excellency Jorg Reding, Ambassador of Switzerland in Singapore. The visit was hosted by Dr Raj. Thampuran, Executive Director of the Science and Engineering Research Council, and saw both parties sharing updates on the research and development landscape in both countries, as well as warm discussions on ways to deepen bilateral co-operations. The Swiss delegation also had the opportunity to visit the One-North Gallery. |
