Platform Technologies

With the advent of technological breakthroughs supporting the area of biomedical research, scientists have adopted the use of cutting-edge platform technologies to speed up the pursuit of knowledge. The Biomedical Research Council and its research institutes/consortia at the Biopolis have developed core platform technologies in the areas of genomics, proteomics, structural biology, bioinformatics, nanotechnology, bioimaging and bioprocessing.
