Strategic Planning

• Lead identification of SERC strategic research priorities

Graduate Affairs

• Coordinate with AGA on the overall process of scholar management, including deployment & placement of scholars at SERC RIs

Council Operations & Governance

• Oversee corporate planning, resource allocation processes, tracking of KPIs, develops and maintains platforms for collaboration with the international research counterparts

Industry Development

• Lead engagement of industry to attract R&D investments through collaborations with the SERC research institutes and enhance industry technology competencies

Thematic Research

• Oversee and drive identification and implementation of thematic research programmes to leverage through opportunities presented by broad socio-economic trends
