	Learning and Development We provide structured and on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance your performance and equip you with the necessary skills in your career development.
	Attachment Opportunities  There are opportunities for you to be attached to the different entities within A*STAR. We encourage job rotation, through which you will have opportunities to be exposed to different functions in different parts of the A*STAR family.
	Educational Sponsorship We provide educational sponsorship in the form of financial assistance and study leave if you wish to take up part time courses relevant to A*STAR’s work.
