A*STAR more than doubled our research output, leading to a leap in our ranking in Asia-Pacific from 33rd in 2011 to 16th last year, according to the latest Nature Publishing Index (NPI) Asia-Pacific2012 released by Nature Publishing.
Dr Lynette Cheah, a research scientist from A*STAR’s Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences, clinched the prize for the first Singapore Challenge, organised as part of the inaugural Global Young Scientists Summit@one-north.
