On 26 April, ARTC hosted the Lighthouse Executive Roundtable at Kam Boat Teochew Restaurant, bringing together over 60 senior leaders and industry experts for a deep exchange on advancing digital transformation and operational excellence.

The roundtable featured an engaging line-up of 13 distinguished speakers, including 4 keynote presentations that set the stage with visionary perspectives. These sessions highlighted successful Lighthouse transformation journeys, showcasing how companies are moving beyond “pilot purgatory” by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, innovation, and ecosystem collaboration to achieve meaningful and scalable impact.

Discussions explored the strategies and enablers of transformation, ranging from leadership alignment and workforce capability-building to data-driven operations and the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies. Speakers also candidly shared the challenges and roadblocks they faced, offering practical insights into overcoming barriers and accelerating implementation.

Another key theme was the importance of partnerships and ecosystem support in driving transformation. By working closely with technology providers, government agencies, and research institutions, companies have been able to unlock new growth opportunities, improve productivity, and embed sustainability into their operations.

The event concluded with an interactive executive roundtable dialogue, where participants exchanged ideas, reflected on key learnings, and identified opportunities for cross-sector collaboration.
