My area of interest are glycaemic response of food, diabetes and food composition. Prior to working with CNRC, I was working as a food laboratory analyst; analyzing food samples for its proximate, vitamins, additives and contaminates. My current scope of work revolves around macronutrient interaction affecting glycaemic response. The research findings will contribute to the knowledge in preventive nutrition. The knowledge will benefit the public by providing consumers with information on dietary habits and food choices that is beneficial to health.
