Michelle Choy

Research Officer

I graduated from Newcastle University (Singapore) with a BSc (Hons) in Food and Human Nutrition. My research involved evaluating the dietary patterns of young Singaporean children, using multivariate statistical techniques to identify clusters within a large set of dietary data. As a Research Officer at the CNRC, I am interested to explore the factors that influence aspects of human sensory on energy intake and the subsequent dietary patterns that impact health. I have a keen interest in the elderly population and I look forward to projects involving this dynamic and growing population.
