SWITCH 2023

The teams from A*STAR's Institute for Infocomm Research (I²R) presented a range of cutting-edge technologies, including SAAVIS, The Sleuth, and AuthVault at SWITCH 2023. This showcase highlighted our commitment to advancing innovation across various sectors:

• SAAVIS: The Smart Automated Aircraft Visual Inspection System (SAAVIS) is designed to streamline and enhance the safety of aircraft inspections through automation.
  
  

• AuthVault: This solution is an authentication platform that tightens the security of Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices deployed with little to no physical access control.
  

• The Sleuth: A deepfake detector that specialises in deciphering such edited video and even text. It can identify the exact segment and localise the video or text manipulation. This provides an additional layer of verification and protection against fake news.

In addition to these, we also showcased:

• RavSense (ViSiDar): a contactless vital sign monitoring system utilising multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar technology.
  

• Carecam: This technology provides unprecedented insights into mobility and gait disorders by enhancing healthcare expertise with state-of-the-art technologies.
