A*STAR held its annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony on 6 Aug- the first virtual event in the 20-year history of the award- where a total of 66 scholarships were presented. Berita Harian featured two A*STAR Graduate Scholarship recipients, including Muhammad Nur Hakim Rosli who is attached to SBIC. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

SBIC Research Officer, Daryl Jude Lawrence was one of 66 recipients of the A*STAR Graduate Scholarships and will soon begin a joint PhD programme in bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, San Francisco.
