Well-selected cutting tools with correct tool geometries will lead to high quality and accurate components or parts produced.

This course will provide participants with cutting edge technology know-how and information on how quality cutters with the right tool geometry can be manufactured. Participants will also learn how to use state-of-the-art tool & cutter grinder to verify and generate cutting tools of excellent quality from the advanced grinding software.

About PE WSQ Specialist Diploma
The PE WSQ Specialist Diploma is a joint initiative by the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) to provide hands-on training to equip future PE professionals in cutting-edge precision manufacturing, machining and laser processing technologies.

This programme will be conducted through a series of lectures, lab demonstrations and project attachments in selected industrial applications. It aims to equip workers in the PE industry towards higher-value manufacturing activities.
