Introduction:Joseph obtained his Bachelor degree from Nanyang Technological University in the field of materials science and engineering in 2010. He has since joined SIMTech, working in the area of solid state lighting reliability, in particular high power white LEDs. Recent research interests includes effects of high frequency switching on LED reliability, thermo-mechanical reliability of LEDs and luminaire level measurements and reliability.
