Introduction:

Dr Teo completed his PhD degree at the National University of Singapore under the Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) Scholarship Scheme. His research interests are in the applications of advanced control techniques to precision mechatronic systems and instrumentation in order to enhance performance in motion control and measurement. His experiences include a five months attachment at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) under the guidance of Prof Robert Hocken and Prof Stuart Smith, understudying the metrology, control and process issues for a nanoimprinter stage.

Research Interest:

My research interests are in the applications of advanced control techniques to precision mechatronic systems and instrumentation, to enhance performance in motion control and measurement.
