About Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Post Diploma Certificates

Smart Manufacturing

This post-diploma certificate programme builds practical skills in automation, IIoT, machine vision and data-driven manufacturing. It emphasises digitalisation, real-time monitoring and applying automation technologies to improve efficiency. Learners will gain hands-on experience in PLC programming, IIoT integration, analytics for process optimisation and machine vision for automated inspection. A capstone project reinforces these competencies in an integrated manufacturing scenario.

How to Apply

Industrial Cyber Security

This post-diploma certificate programme prepares learners to secure Industrial Control Systems (ICS) amid IT/OT convergence and IIoT adoption. It covers OT cybersecurity, industrial networking, ICS architecture, protocols, cyber threats and key standards. Practical exercises in a simulated OT environment develop skills in asset discovery, vulnerability management and access control. The programme culminates in a capstone project involving vulnerability scanning, simulated attacks and mitigation strategies.
