BRENNER CENTRE FOR MOLECULAR MEDICINE

Research Facilities_BCMM

The Brenner Centre for Molecular Medicine is the heart and hub of SICS. Located at the top of Medical Drive, adjacent to the University Hospital and within the wider academic surrounds of NUS, we are intentionally placed to interface with partners across the clinical research and scientific ecosystem in Singapore. Our physical building has also evolved over time, from classic biological laboratories to an increasing emphasis on clinical and molecular data analytics and insights, as well as upgrades to enable food-grade laboratory research for nutritional studies and interventions.

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH CENTRE

Research Facilities_HDRC

The Human Development Research Centre (HDRC) is our newest purpose-built facility, renovated to accommodate the wider spectrum of clinical research studies that SICS participates in. Outfitted with over 10 multi-use consultation rooms and specifically configured facilities for EEG, biosample collection and processing, HDRC is intended to facilitate a one-stop location in a dedicated space, so that study participants are less inconvenienced, and able to relax while waiting in more comfortable surrounds.

Located at Building MD11 on the NUS Kent Ridge Campus, the facility is readily accessible by public transport, with a wide driveway and ramp suitable for easy access, depending on the participant demographics required for our studies.
