Ms Tay Chay Wah

Ms Tay Chay Wah is currently the Executive Director of the A*STAR Graduate Academy (A*GA). Ms Tay has more than 25 years of experience that spans the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions. Prior to this appointment, Ms Tay was Director of HR in A*STAR, where she led in the development of HR policies and systems.

Ms Tay started her career with the Ministry of Defence, and she was the head of HR in DSO National Laboratories. During her tenure with the Government Technology Agency of Singapore, Ms Tay headed the functions of manpower planning, talent management, performance and rewards, tech talent acquisition and shared services.

Ms Tay has a degree in Arts & Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
