Industry 4.0 Assessment through SIRI Framework* (16 hours)
*This is a non-WSQ module.
Before an organisation in the manufacturing sector embarks on a digital transformation journey, it needs a clear understanding of its current Industry 4.0 readiness level.
This introductory course lets participants develop an understanding of their organisation’s Industry 4.0 readiness, using a validated structured approach and with practical hands-on examples conducted at the Model Factory@ARTC.
About the Programme
The course consists of two parts: classroom training involving lectures and group discussions; and practical hands-on sessions with case studies and demonstrations held at the Model Factory@ARTC.
The course aims to help participants address the following performance gaps for their organisations:
- Learn the SIRI methodology to “recognise” requirements to evaluate their organisations’ current existing Industry 4.0 readiness.
- Provide a practical and comprehensive model of all the necessary elements needed to determine the existing organisation’s Industry 4.0 readiness level.
- Understand the possibilities and options to digitalise their manufacturing operations based on in-house demonstrators within the Model Factory@ARTC.
Who Should Attend
This course is primarily relevant for managers and engineers in the manufacturing sector active in digital transformation activities.
