The study aims to investigate the usage of plants, and immunogenic activity of oxaliplatin and other components from a medicinal plant. The work flow follows a typical drug discovery process from plants. Specifically, the work started with a survey to gather information regarding the usage of fresh medicinal plant in Singapore. From the reported usage and preliminary screening, the promising plant extract will be subjected to bioassay-guided fractionation to isolate compounds with anti-proliferative and immunogenic activity.
