Welcome to the Clinical Nutrition Research Centre (CNRC), Singapore. Although, located in Asia our research aims to have a global reach. Our centre’s mission is to use evidence-based science to make “Food the New Medicine”. With an extensive facilities for human nutrition research, including two whole body calorimeters, our centre is well equipped and has world class expertise to conduct short and long term studies in human nutrition. The unique feature of conducting research in Singapore is the presence of the three major Asian ethnic groups notably Chinese, Indian and Malay. Their unique phenotype provides new insights into how diets influence the etiology of chronic disease. Come and join us on our journey of discovery and collaboration to make a healthier world.
