Senior Research Officer
I graduated with an Honours degree in Food Science and Nutrition from The University of Queensland (Australia) in 2008. I went on to pursue my Masters in Food Studies in the same university in 2010. My Masters thesis focused on the physicochemical changes of texture-modified food for the elderly as part of a bigger umbrella looking at improving the healthcare status of the elderly population in Australia through improvements in their diets. I also have work experience in the academic setting being a qualified teacher with the Ministry of Education where I have taught nutrition modules. My current work focus is on glycaemia, lipidaemia food intake and energy regulation.
