I graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Technology from the SIT-Massey University joint degree program. My honours project included studying the physio-chemical characterisation and in-vitro protein digestion of novel protein sources. At CNRC, I hope to further understand the relationship of food structure on human nutrition, health and diseases, and to be able to educate the community on making better food choices.
