As A*STAR looks to advance this technology research into products, it also houses key national platforms that support the continuum of MedTech products across in-vitro diagnostics, digital health and medical devices. 

For in-vitro diagnostics, the Diagnostics Development (DxD) Hub provides verification and validation of in-vitro diagnostics (IVDs) to ensure market readiness.

The Digital Health Accelerator supports digital engineering, deployment, and scaling of digital health solutions.

The MedTech Catapult offers in-house product development support for Life Science Tools and Medical Devices with local contract manufacturers.

For example, A*START Central, co11ab Novena provides co-working space, furnished laboratories and entrepreneurial support to our MedTech startups whilst A*STAR Partners Center is our outpost in Suzhou for A*STAR spin-offs wanting to enter the China market. 

Finally, we partner globally for market validation and testing. This includes the likes of Cedars Sinai, Fogarty Institute for Innovation in the US and the ASEAN Dx Initiative through our national platforms.
