  • Leading a new initiatve on developing robust platforms for hybrid quantum computing
  • Chair of the organising committee for the inaugural Symposium for Quantum Enteprise and Strategies (QUEST) in Singapore

Graduate study at Yale University 2012 - 2018

  • Led new initiative to implement robust logical operations between multiple bosonic qubits encoded in superconducting cavities and developed it into a major research focus in the lab
  • Successfully achieved the first experimental realisations of logical operations between bosonic modes and developed novel techniques to engineer robust and programmable interactions between isolated quantum elements
  • Engineered and optimised the measurement and control system that allowed the first demonstration of two highly entangled Schröndinger cat states in a new multi-cavity architecture.
  • Designed and fabricated on-chip features that enhanced the performance of superconducting circuits
  • 12 publications and 2 provisional patent to date and 6 oral presentations at international conferences
