  • Magnonic crystals: Material, nanostructure exploration & know-how development for Magnonics applications (e.g. microwave filtering). Demonstration of Magnetic frustration using rf dynamics.

  • Magnetic Skyrmions: Fundamental understanding development vis static & dynamics study. Non-reciprocity of spin waves. E-field, SOT MRAM: transport for developing (Hk, α) MRAM devices.

  • SOT of HM(Pt,Pd,Ta,W)/FM(Co,CoFeB)/MOx: Materials exploration for SOT MRAM applications. Magnetization switching, spin dependent magnetoresistance, Spin Hall studies

  • Spin pumping & Inverse spin Hall in magnetic heterostructures. Spin diffusion & spin current transport in (HM, FM, AFM). Proximity effect & Induced ferromagnetism

  • High frequency dynamics of magnetical materials and nanostructures
