BI Xin Yan
Bi Xinyan completed her PhD in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2010. The title of her PhD thesis was engineering of oligopeptide-modified surface for sensing applications. Upon graduation, she worked in the Department of Chemistry, NUS as a research Fellow. The project title was quantum dots-based microfluidic device for determining the etiology of rhinitis. She also worked as a Research Scientist at Nitto Denko Asia Technical Center prior to joining CNRC.
Her current research interests are to develop analytical methods to analyze nutrients related to food and clinical using HPLC, GC, MS, and ICP, etc.
