Xinyi (Cindy) LIN
Lin Xinyi (Cindy) joined SICS as a Biostatistics research fellow in April 2014. Prior to this, she received her A.M. and Ph.D. in Biostatistics from Harvard University and undergraduate degree in Mathematics (Applied) and Physics from University of California, San Diego.
Her research interests are focused on developing novel statistical methods for high-dimensional data, such as genome-wide and epigenome-wide association studies. Besides statistical methodology research, she also serve as a biostatistician on scientific studies in different disciplines, including clinical trials, environmental health studies and (epi) genetic epidemiology studies.
