Gong Min’s background is relatively diverse, with an education in clinical medicine, a number of years of work experience in host-pathogen interaction, a practice in development of a flexible superscalar pyrosequencer, and lastly a move to investigating the molecular mechanism of clinical diseases using genomic technologies.
Her research interest is to develop genomic workflows / protocols for difficult clinical samples and perform comprehensive genomic analysis to gain novel knowledge in epigenetic regulation in patient populations.
