Sun Lijuan completed her PhD from the Institute for Nutritional Science, China in 2010, majoring in molecular and cell biology nutrition. After graduation, she worked in the University of Kentucky for a year and a half as a Research Fellow. She spent 6 months at the Nestle Research Center, Lausanne, Switzerland and Yale University.
Her research interests are in the role of nutrition in cognitive functions and the prevention of age-related diseases such as aging and Diabetes. She has been involved in several projects with the industry and academic institutes.
