Research Officer (Gut Microbiome - Dry Lab)
The Research Officer will be involved in projects in the area of human microbiome research. The successful candidate will join an established research team focusing on understanding molecular and biomedical data from observational and interventional clinical studies.
Assist in the analysis of multi-omic studies of the human gut microbiota, and host-microbe interactions.
Data acquisition, data analysis, and presentation of research results.
Prepare and present data for publication in conferences/meeting
Degree or industry training in bioinformatics, experience with the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data, such as 16S rRNA gene, ITS or metagenomics data is preferred.
Proficiency in programming language, such as R, MATLAB, Perl or Python.
The ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
