Research Fellow (Translational Neuroscience Domain)
Candidates should hold or be close to submitting a PhD (or equivalent qualification) in Biostatistics, or a closely related field. It is essential that the successful candidate has a proven record of high quality research in a branch of statistics or bioinformatics and with computing skills. The position offers opportunities to partner with leading academic Biostatisticians at NUS and ASTAR in the use of longitudinal cohort studies with multidimensional data sets to develop novel statistical methods.
Conduct original analyses of multidimensional, longitudinal data sets in collaboration with GUSTO researchers
Develop novel statistical and computational models to analyze longitudinal data including ‘omics data
Develop approaches for data integration with bioinformatics team
Able to work in an environment with multiple projects
- PhD in Biostatistics, bioinformatics or closely related discipline
- Computing/software skills
