Nutrition Science and Human Physiology

Worldwide interest on the role that diet, nutrients, dietary components and dietary patterns play in the prevention and management of chronic disease is growing exponentially. To better understand these factors, we focus on translational and clinical research in hopes of enhancing health, well-being, and wealth of society. Under this research group we have divided our research studies into 2 major cohorts – GUSTO and AMPS.

As we position Singapore as a leader in food and nutrition research, we have also established the Clinical Nutrition Research Centre (CNRC), where researchers work to integrate the domains of nutrition research and food science.
