Introduction:

Before joining SIMTech, he was working as a Process & Equipment Engineer, responsible for the assembly process development for telecommunication products.  New product transfers, qualification and commissioning of new processes & equipment were his major duties.

Currently, working in SIMTech as a Senior Research Engineer in the Microfluidics Manufacturing Programme.  Major responsibility includes manufacturing process development for microfluidic related manufacturing for both prototyping and volume production.  Processes involved broadly cover plastic injection molding, bonding & assembly and surface treatment.

Recent industry projects:
· Development of Microfluidic System for the Capture and Characterization of Circulating Tumour Cells.

Research Interest:Manufacturing processes for polymer based Microfluidic manufacturing.
