Mr Aw Poh Koon has over 10 years of experiences in thermal spray coatings development for tribological and corrosion applications. Assisted MNCs and local SMEs in coating development, and customization and validation of coatings performance. Received his Master of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University of Leicester, England.

Research Interest:

Development of polymer, metal alloys, ceramics and cermet coatings for wear and corrosion applications. Coatings and materials characterization and analysis, tribological and corrosion testing and analysis.
