Sustainable Workflow Automation and NC Generation

(MasterClass in Precision Manufacturing and Services)

MC_Sustainable Workflow Automation and NC Generation

Introduction

Experience a comprehensive educational masterclass that combines theoretical lectures, practical exercises, case studies, and interactive workshops!

A*STAR Masterclass “Sustainable Workflow Automation and NC Generation” will introduce to the participants new insights on utilising CAM software with advanced automation features to streamline manufacturing processes and address industry challenges. The current manufacturing sector is grappling with several issues, such as the increasing complexity of machining tasks, inefficiencies in repetitive processes, and the challenge of effectively implementing digital twin technology. Moreover, there is an escalating demand for sustainable manufacturing methods that minimise waste and energy use.

To tackle these issues, this masterclass aims to provide the participants with the expertise to automate repetitive CAM tasks, enhance multi-axis machining operations, and apply digital twin technology for simulating and validating machining processes. By delving into advanced machining techniques and future CAM trends, they will learn how to address these industry challenges directly. The masterclass also underscores the significance of sustainability, providing insights on how to automate workflows in an environmentally conscious manner.

Upon completing the masterclass, participants are expected to be proficient in automating tasks and workflows sustainably, analysing complex multi-axis NC code using digital twin technology, and making significant contributions to the future of CAM operations.

Join us to enhance your knowledge and practical skills in automation scripting for multi-axis machining and lead the way in evolving CAM technology and sustainable manufacturing practises.
