Employers submit their hiring requirements or job descriptions & identify appropriate SGUS-SIMTech courses to participate.
Your job posts will be listed on our portals for interested trainees to view and apply.
Trainees go through 9 months of full-time upskilling with SIMTech.
Trainees receive $1,200* training allowance per month from SSG for the duration of the programme.
Trainees will embark on employer’s project in one of the modules.
Trainees will attain their Graduate Diplomas or Certificates depending on their SGUS specialisations.
Employer can hire the trainee after 9 months or anytime earlier when deems fit.
Employer hiring SGUS trainees will get:

<40 years old
>=40 years old
20% salary for 6 months
(capped at $6,000)
40% salary for 6 months
(capped at $12,000)
Choose from our list of 7 SGUS SIMTech courses that fit the requirements of your company. SIMTech will then match the interested trainees to your job requirements, groom and upskill them, so that they become more competent for your hiring!
* Trainees who are concurrently receiving COVID-19 Support Grant (CSG) or Self-Employed Person Income Relief Scheme (SIRS) payouts will receive a lower training allowance as they are already receiving income relief.
