A printhead selectively dispenses binder on a thin layer of powder to bond the powders together and accordingly the parts are built layer by layer on the build platform. After the part is completed, the build chamber is removed to a curing oven, after which the part is depowdered and prepared for sintering or infiltration to achieve full density parts.
