    From Research to Innovation to Enterprise: The Case of Singapore

    Singapore has been ranked sixth in the world in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2016. 

    Mr. Lim Chuan Poh- A*STAR Chairman- has contributed a chapter on "From Research to Innovation to Enterprise: The Case of Singapore"- which details Singapore's RIE journey from its infancy to present day- giving insight into the rationale behind the policies and showcasing how the government’s investments in research and innovation has catapulted Singapore from a skills-intensive developing nation to the thriving metropolis it is today.
