    Chinese Vice Minister for Science and Technology (MOST) H.E. Mdm Chen Xiaoya led a 6-member delegation visited A*STAR hosted by Chairman Lim Chuan Poh on the morning of Friday 25 January 2013.  The MOST delegation was on a tour of several ASEAN countries (Thailand- Singapore and Indonesia) to explore greater collaborations.  Both countries acknowledged the strong S&T links on the bilateral front and recognised the potential in the multilateral ASEAN-China relationship.  There were proposal for several joint projects  to promote better coordination for technology transfer and well as data sharing.  The delegation also visited STARHomes and the one-north gallery.
