    Visit by Mr Martin Donnelly- Permanent Secretary of UK Department for Business- Innovation and Skills (BIS)

    Mr Martin Donnelly- Permanent Secretary of UK Department for Business- Innovation and Skills (BIS) visited A*STAR on 14 Feb 2011- as part of his official visit to Singapore. He was interested to learn more about A*STAR and how A*STAR commercialised its technology. Mr Donnelly was hosted by Dr Raj Thampuran- Executive Director of the Science and Engineering Research Council. Mr Donnelly also had the opportunity to visit the FusionWorld Gallery- where he enjoyed viewing the various applications of the technology developed in A*STAR. Mr Donnelly ended off his visit with a tour of the sky garden at Fusionopolis.
