    Prof Dr He Minghong. Vice President of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)- led a 5-member delegation to visit A*STAR.  He was hosted by Managing Director Prof Low Teck Seng.  The NSFC delegation was in Singapore as guests of the National University of Singapore and are here on a study mission to understand how Singapore polices scientific ethics and moralities- and fund management  While in Singapore- the delegation also visited NUS- NTU and NRF.
