    Visit by New Zealand Defence Technology Agency Review Team

    A five-member delegation from the New Zealand Defence Technology Agency led by RADM (Retired) David Ledson visited A*STAR as part of a study trip to Singapore on February 23- 2011. During their call on Chairman Lim- they were given an overview on A*STAR- its industrial links and cooperation with the defence S&T organisations in Singapore. The review panel which also comprised of Dr Helen Anderson- the former Chief Executive of Minister of Research Science and Technology- and Mr Neville Jordan- former President of the Royal Society of New Zealand- was interested to understand Singapore’s S&T ecosystem including the development of our defence industries.
