Q.InC's First Team-Building Event

Q.InC held its very first Team-Building Event on 28th February 2025 at the Innovis MPH, organised by our Social & Wellbeing Committee. The event aimed to strengthen connections while fostering creativity and problem-solving skills. Participants from each research pillar were divided into teams to take on a series of LEGO Robotics Challenges.

The day was packed with excitement as the event kicked-off with an icebreaker to build the tallest tower that could hold a battery pack. The main event, LEGO Mech Wars, saw teams designing and assembling their own robots to score points by returning as many items as possible to their zone within the time limit.

Creativity and strategy were on full display, as each team thought up designs and countermeasures, but the highlight of the day was Team 3's innovative robot, featuring a one-way cage that secured them first place! Congratulations to the team for their well-earned win!
