Project Description

Overview: The researcher will work on advancing computational pathology by addressing key gaps in integrating cell morphology and motility to predict clinical outcomes ,such as drug responses. The project will involve developing methods for single-cell feature extraction, identifying significant gene expression products, evaluating tracking models, and performing clinical validation using the H&E, IHC and mIF images
