Mr Arunjai Mittal

Mr Arunjai Mittal currently serves as an Independent Director in multiple companies. He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tesa SE in Germany and a member of the Supervisory Board of ams-Osram AG, in Germany. He is also Chaiman of Board at Advanced Micro Foundry Pte Ltd and Zero-Error Systems Pte Ltd. in Singapore. As a Director at Silicon Solutions Ventures in Singapore, he also makes investment decisions in their Investment Committee. Previously, he has served as a Board member at the Economic Development Board (EDB) and was also a member of the Supervisory Board at Osram Licht AG in Germany and Renesas Electronics Ltd., Japan.

Mr Mittal spent more than 20 years at Infineon Technologies AG globally, where his last posting was as a member of the Management Board, in Munich, from 2012 to 2016. In that capacity, he was responsible for Strategy Development, Sales & Marketing, M&A, Intellectual Property Development and Purchasing activities.

Mr Mittal studied Electronics Engineering at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India, and has participated in various management programmes at INSEAD, Harvard Business School and IMD.
