Ms Yong Hwee Yee

Ms Yong Hwee Yee is a supply chain professional passionate about building high-performance teams, developing talents, driving innovation, and competitiveness in supply chains to transform experiences for customers and patients. She is currently the CEO of ALPS (Agency of Logistics and Procurement Services). In this role, she partners closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value-based supply chain solutions to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

Ms Yong has previously served as Vice President of Baxter International's Integrated Supply Chain - Pharmaceuticals & Compounding, Vice President of GSK Respiratory & HIV Manufacturing and Senior Vice President of APAC Operations. In these roles, she was responsible for developing and executing an integrated supply chain strategy, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of global manufacturing sites. She partnered closely with R&D and Commercial teams to ensure product launch excellence, excellent customer service, and robust sales and operations planning.

Ms Yong holds a Bachelor of Science from Imperial College in London, a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.
