The company strengthened its platform through the A*STAR Advanced Manufacturing Startup Challenge 2023, where it won the Waste to Resource Marketplace challenge with Greenpac. This recognition underscored the relevance of its solution in advancing circular economy practices while supporting businesses in reducing waste and achieving Net Zero 2030 targets.

Untapped Energies is unlocking the potential of overlooked urban infrastructure for renewable energy. Its Whisper Vertical Axis Wind Turbines capture wind from all directions and generate power even at low speeds, making them suitable for integration into streetlights, expressways, coastal and marine structures, and telco towers.
Developed with Agency for Science, Technology and Research, the turbines combine proprietary blade and generator designs with Internet of Things enabled monitoring, achieving high efficiency and scalability.
