His Excellency Maros Sefcovic- European Commission’s Vice-President and Commissioner for Inter-Institutional Relations and Administration- visited A*STAR on 18 May 2012. He was keen to have a better understanding of A*STAR and Singapore research projects in the area of  “internet security- eGovernment solutions- cloud computing- and open source”. H.E. Sefcovic was hosted by Mr Lim Chuan Poh- Chairman A*STAR- and was presented with an overview of A*STAR.
