Publication "Formulation and Skin Permeation of Active-Loaded Lipid Nanoparticles: Evaluation and Screening by Synergizing Molecular Dynamics Simulations and Experiment"
The team from ISCE2 recently published a paper on "Formulation and Skin Permeation of Active-Loaded Lipid Nanoparticles: Evaluation and Screening by Synergizing Molecular Dynamics Simulations and Experiments. Click to read.
🔹They developed a simulation platform by synergizing Molecular Dynamics simulation and experimental approaches that screens, evaluates, formulates and provides atomic-resolution interpretation of Nanoparticle-based formulations, and unveils the underlying active permeation mechanism from loaded Nanoparticles to skin.
🔹The technical platform would potentially facilitate the design and development of novel Nanoparticle-based formulations.
🔹These findings will accelerate the development of next-generation formulation systems to meet customer/market specific demands for personal care and pharmaceutical industries.
